- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

 - Execute headhunting project to identify high-caliber candidates for leadership and specialized roles in the manufacturing, IT, and pharmaceutical industries.

 - Utilize various sourcing techniques such as direct search, social media, professional networks, referrals, and databases to build a strong talent pipeline.

 - Approach passive candidates and establish relationships, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.

- Client Relationship Management:

 - Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture.

 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering consistent value and meeting their executive search and talent acquisition needs.

- Candidate Assessment & Interviewing:

 - Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of potential candidates, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and fit for client positions.

 - Prepare detailed candidate profiles and recommend shortlists to clients.

 - Provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to salary negotiations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive search or recruitment, preferably with a focus on manufacturing, IT, and/or pharmaceutical industries.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Networking: Extensive professional network within the manufacturing, IT, and pharmaceutical sectors, with an ongoing commitment to expanding industry contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with multinational companies or clients in regulated industries.

- Knowledge of HR recruitment platform

- Fluent in English or Chinese
