岗位职责
- Implement the training program issued by the branch company, assist in managing the local training of the branch company merchants, sales managers and promoters, and implement the training closed-loop;
- Formulate monthly sales tasks for promoters; Implement the promotion incentive mechanism;
- Collect and feed back sales cases of excellent merchants or promoters;
- Follow up and analysis of the branch company SELLOUT, especially high-end sales work；
- Assist in the weekly meeting of promoters；
- Assist in the implementation of promotion activities at all levels of the branch company；
岗位要求
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality, cheerful and outgoing
- Strong language ability, able to independently carry out large-scale activities of training and explanation work.
- Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Fresh Graduates or Final year University student
- Preferably Chinese-speaking
