岗位职责
  1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  2. Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  3. Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
  6. Follow Up: Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction by following up as needed.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management.
  8. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective customer service.

  1. Minimum D3 or equivalent
  2. Able to speak English (verbal & written)
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
