岗位职责
- Organize and run events like job fairs and webinars from start to finish.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to boost event attendance, including social media and email marketing.
- Work with companies, campus, and organizations to enhance event reach and impact.
- Develop promotional materials and manage event-related content.
- Ensure events stay within budget while delivering high-quality experiences
- Collect feedback and analyze event outcomes to improve future events.
岗位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
- 1-3 years in event planning and marketing, preferably with large-scale events like job fairs.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
