岗位职责
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Solar PV market, contributing to company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to deliver tailored Solar PV solutions.
- Develop and present customized design and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and industry standards, ensuring the highest level of clarity and professionalism.
- Articulate Solar PV system configurations, highlighting their technical and commercial benefits, while working closely with the engineering teams to refine system designs for clients.
- Oversee project execution from initial sale to completion, ensuring seamless integration and optimal client satisfaction.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in Solar PV to ensure the business remains at the forefront of the market.
- Foster relationships with business partners and internal teams to uncover new opportunities and drive continuous growth in the solar energy market.
岗位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Solar PV sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, energy market regulations, and commercial factors.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical details into business value for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
