岗位职责
- Translation: Handle various translation tasks, including documents, reports, and notifications, as well as provide interpretation services.
- Executive Office Support: Assist the CEO's office with administrative tasks, event planning, and travel arrangements
- Travel Management: Book and manage travel arrangements, process expenses, and ensure compliance with travel policies
- Administrative Operations: Oversee visa applications, manage administrative expenses, and maintain employee information
- Facility Management: Implement and maintain 6S standards for the serviced apartment and office areas
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation.
- Having high integrity, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
