Responsibilities

Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other relevant factors.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.


Negotiation:

- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.

- Work to achieve cost savings while maintaining or improving product and service quality.


Purchase Order Management:

- Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Track and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to contractual terms.


Market Research:

- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability.

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and benchmark pricing.


Cost Analysis:

- Analyze costs and develop cost models to support informed decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the procurement process.


Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise.


Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure purchased products meet specified standards.

- Address quality issues with suppliers and work towards continuous improvement.


Risk Management:

- Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.


Collaboration:

- Work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.


Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications.

Requirements
  • Chinese speaking is a must.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects of procurement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
