In the event of data forgery, invalid data, or providing information that does not align with the facts, Clients/Candidates hereby agree to take personal responsibility for such actions and release BOSSHIRE from any claims by any party.
- Clients/Candidates shall solely bear the responsibility, to the extent allowed by law, to ensure the confidentiality of his personal information through unauthorized sharing or access.
- These Privacy Policies continue to apply if you have provided your consent through the features in our Job Portal to manage notification via your contact details of marketing, promotions, and events messages. If you wish to modify how we notify you, please access your Notification Preferences in your profile at www.bosshire.co.id. Alternatively, if you wish to change our suggested job posts, you may change your job filters and job preferences on the search bar.
- BOSSHIRE is not responsible for information you provide to our clients/partners/candidates outside our Platform, e.g., direct email, SMS, phone.
- Clients/Candidates the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not now or at any time in the future pursue any charge, claim, or action of any kind, in any district court, arbitral forum, arising out of any of the matters to BOSSHIRE.
- Client agree that BOSSHIRE may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works and publicly display Client logo, name as BOSSHIRE branding/promotion and Client agree to provide with non exclusive, royalty free licence to use Client intellectual property (company logo, company name) to BOSSHIRE.
- Candidates agree that using BOSSHIRE websites, for every data that Candidates submit BOSSHIRE has the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit.
