  • Responsible for the layout and construction of the distribution channel system in the region; implement development strategies in provinces/cities and undertake related product sales targets in the commercial/distribution channels, achieving comprehensive operating and market goals in provinces/cities.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term business plans and deployments, control market order in provinces/cities, maintain a healthy channel, and improve the business environment.
  • Conduct province/city sand table planning, clarify the operational map, construct commercial/distribution channels, analyze markets by industry and region, map industry landscapes, develop various types of channel partners, and expand sales to small and medium-sized enterprises and deep market industries. Collaborate with regional channels for market promotion actions.
  • Quickly grasp H3C distribution products and solutions, regularly conduct training and empowerment for channels in the jurisdiction, and help them improve overall sales and marketing capabilities.
  • Manage daily operations of distribution channels in the jurisdiction, maintain relationships, and uphold market order. Guide channel stocking and enhance channel satisfaction.
  • Relevant experience in sales of networking, server, storage, and security products from similar competitors; experience working with manufacturers and general agents such as Aruba, RuiJie, TP-Link, Mikrotik, Hikvision is preferred.

  • Chinese language communication skills are preferred.
