Responsibilities
- Ensure the prompt and accurate attendance registration of guests according to existing SOPs.
- Manage the guest registration process efficiently, including collecting necessary data and providing information to relevant parties.
- Provide assistance to guests requiring information or directions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the guest registration area.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a guest attendance assistant is preferred.
- Male candidates must be a minimum of 170cm tall, while female candidates must be a minimum of 165cm tall.
- Neat and attractive appearance.
- Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for providing service.
- Responsive to guest needs and adaptable to different situations.
- Attention to detail in performing administrative and operational tasks.
- Possess good professional etiquette and high integrity.
- Proficiency in 3 languages (Indonesian, English, Mandarin) both spoken and written.
