Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, including mentoring and coaching.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the team and ensure efficient collaboration.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team delivers high-quality, maintainable code.
- Oversee the entire web development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Architect and develop scalable and maintainable job portal website using the latest technologies.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with full-stack development experience.
- Proficient in Linux, Next.js, Cucumber, Google Cloud, Platform (GCP), FastAPI, Docker, Jenkins, Go (Programming Language).
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, React)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python, Golang) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
- Excellent English language skill, both oral and written is a must (Mandarin is a plus).
- Passionate with innovation and technology, and keen on doing research.
- Possess ambition and strive for excellence.
- Fast learner with an exceptional can do attitude.
- Able to join immediately.
