Responsibilities
- Preparing a policy and an annual sales outline and promoting its implementation
- Formulating production, sales, and inventory plans while controlling inventory and fostering collaboration between the production and sales department
- Formulating and improving marketing policies and monitoring their implementation
- Coordinating product quotation, contract review, stocking, shipping, payment collection management, and risk control
- Collaborating with product definition and R&D teams and creating various product requirements and analyst report
Requirements
- Age under 45 years old
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience
- Have at least three years of sales experience
- Have experience selling cranes, dump trucks, mixer trucks, lifting trucks, generator sets, or road rollers
- Must be familiar with the heavy equipment market in Indonesia and have the ability to grasp market trends quickly
- Advanced in using Microsoft Excel and SAP system
