Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates: Using online job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to find potential candidates for job openings.
- Screening resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and forwarding qualified candidates to recruiters for further review.
- Conducting initial interviews: Assisting in conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Maintaining candidate databases: Updating and maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential candidates.
- Assisting in administrative tasks: assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing documentation.
- Researching market trends: Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to help recruiters better understand the talent landscape.
- Learning recruitment techniques: Observing and learning different recruitment techniques, strategies, and best practices from experienced recruiters.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for resourcing, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise
- Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media platforms
- Excellent English language skills both oral and written (Mandarin, Japanese and Korean languages are preferred)
