- Handling complaints from clients related to the services provided by the company
- Make a List creator according to the Brand
- Maintain creators and clients during the Endorsement period as follows regarding Brief, Timeline Post, Revision, and Drafting Processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s education in all majors
- Having minimal experience. 1-year KOL specialist, creative social media, talent management
- Active in communication (extrovert)
- Active on social media, especially TikTok
