Responsibilities
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients & projects through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Responsible to acquire new key partners/clients.
- Building and Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Collaborate with all team members to define and refine brand acquisition strategy.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trend to attract more clients and their needs
Requirements
- Having Bachelor Degree is required for this position.
- Having minimal 2 Years experience in working on MCN/Talent agency while handling similar or related job is a MUST
- Having rich amount of contact database in Brand or Business to Business for cooperation purposes.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
