Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling customer requests every day.
• Responsible for following up on shipments from PMC and ensuring the
quality status of the goods before sending.
• Responsible for processing customer orders via the system ( ERP )
• Responsible for making internal orders to PMC.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the department head
Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken
• A Bachelor's degree in all Major
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
