- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue and growth through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Constant follow-up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
- minimum 1 year proven track record in business development or sales in various industries.
- Profound understanding about the Recruitment Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from reputable university
- English proficiency is a must
