Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a freelance recruiter or in-house recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
