Responsibilities

1、Promote the completion of the customer's whole vehicle problem consulting and give a response, and record and feedback to the relevant departments to rectify the situation, regular inspection and verification;

2、Maintain customer relationship and brand image. Pre-sales customer service is the bridge between the company and customers, need to establish good customer relations, maintain the company's brand image, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;

3、Customer rebates, policy accuracy, and timeliness improvement;

4、Reduction of the complaint rate;

Requirements

Outgoing personality, meticulous work, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
