Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities to enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Requirements
- Min S1 from Psychology/Management or any related field
- Familiar with recruitment process
- Have a knowledge about BEI and STAR technique interview
- Creative and Collaborative
- Ability to identify recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them
