Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
- Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
- Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
- Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in education and growth.
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
- Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
- Create and maintain training records and reports.
Requirements
- 1. Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
- 2. Having experience in the same position for a minimum 1 year
- 3. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- 4. Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- 5. Placements in Sumba, Nusa Tenggara Timur
