Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with retail and project B2B customer
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure goals are met.
- Lead and control sales team to hit the target.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Age: max 38 years old, Bachelor Degree of Marketing or Business
- At least 5 years experiences with Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably have same experiences as Sales/Marketing/Key Account with same industry (kitchen/home appliances such as water heater, hob, etc)
- Fluent in written & speaking English will be advantage
- Computer literate especially MS. Office and other relevant software
- Strong negotiator, has leadership and administrative skill, attention to detail and is very organized
- Self-motivated, initiative, hardworking, responsible and able to work with team
