Responsibilities
- Bilingual (must speak Chinese) + English
- Assist Chinese personnel in daily work management
- Assist with daily translation matters
- Assist in daily corporate training and internal training
- Proficient in daily office software
- Responsible for the work of assistant to Chinese personnel
- Track and implement the performance summary of business departments every month, analyze the work summary of each department, integrate department work plans and arrangements, and track and update progress and results.
- Cooperate and assist in completing other company work matters.
- Be aware of business reception
- Familiar with corporate operations and management (preference will be given to those with experience in the catering industry and personnel work background)
Requirements
- Proficient in Chinese is a mandatory requirement and familiar with English
- Cheerful personality, positive attitude, good communication skills, quick thinking, understanding ability and certain ability to withstand stress
- Proficient in using Office software
- Professional knowledge: Be proficient in basic Chinese skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing, have a certain translation foundation, be able to communicate proficiently in Chinese, and be proficient in Chinese-Indonesian translation
