1、参与招聘、培训和福利管理等方面的工作。
2、跟踪员工的假期、加班和绩效评估等记录,保持员工资料的准确性和完整性。
3、协助安排各项会议的日程与议程,撰写和跟进落实会议纪要,做好会议记录。
4、负责英文、印尼文公文、邮件的草拟与撰写,协助起草信函、报告等。
5、负责对外联络,接待外籍客户,协助处理商务谈判、资料翻译、往来信函等相关工作。
6、协助处理行政外部事务。
1. Involved in recruitment, training and welfare management.
2. Track employees' vacation, overtime and performance evaluation records, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
3. Assisted in arranging the schedule and agenda of various meetings, wrote and followed up the implementation of meeting minutes, and made good meeting minutes.
4. Responsible for drafting and writing official documents and emails in English and Indonesian, assisting in drafting letters and reports.
5. Responsible for external liaison, reception of foreign customers, assistance in business negotiations, data translation, correspondence and other related work.
6. Assist in handling administrative external affairs.
