Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding customer's inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Issuing/re-issuing tickets and quoting correct fare to customer.
- Close and convert booking opportunities to achieve tickets target.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in related fields.
- Having Tourism Education Background.
- Sales skills to close and convert booking oppurtunities to achieve target.
- Having experience operating one of the systems: Galileo, Sabre, Altea, Amadeuz, Abacus.
- Strong passion in travel industry.
- Good command in both written & spoken English.
- Willing to follow branch shifting working hours.
- Willing to be placed in all branches.
