Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement Tele sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets in the Jakarta market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Tele sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals via phone and online channels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Indonesia through Tele sales.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the Jakarta market.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess Tele sales performance and provide insights to improve sales processes and strategies in the Jakarta market.
  • Sales Training: Provide training and support to Tele sales representatives to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our products effectively in Indonesia.
  • Budget Management: Manage the Tele sales budget for the Indonesia market and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and present regular Tele sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills for Tele sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the online education industry.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analysis tools.
  • A results-driven mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding Tele sales targets.
