We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Indonesia Comic Con & Indonesia Anime Con. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the hart of the pop culture industry and posses an understanding of anime, manga, comics, gaming, movies, and related segments. 

• Exhibitor Acquisition and sales: Identify potential exhibitors Sell exhibition space and identify potential exhibitors in the pop culture industry.
• Engagement and Support: Actively engage with exhibitors before, during, and after the event to assist for a positive event experience
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with exhibitors & partners, focusing on providing exceptional service and support to encourage their continued participation in future events
• Collaborations with Operations & Marketing Team: Liaise with others team for exhibitor needs and event execution.
• Marketing Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Feedback Collection & Reporting: Collect feedback and provide reports on sales and market insights

• Passion for Pop Culture: Genuine interest in anime, manga, and related fields.
• Sales Experience: Proven sales record, preferably in events or the pop culture industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Indonesian.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
• Analytical Skills: Competent in market research and data analysis.
• Adaptability: Flexible to adapt to changing industry and event needs.
