The Management Trainee Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaking) program is a program offered by PT. Wook Global Technology for fresh graduates or individuals with existing experience who will be prepared to assume strategic positions within the company, with competence as the main foundation.
Graduates of the MT Ass-Man Mandarin program are expected to have broad general knowledge and be sufficiently flexible to take on any assigned roles.
In the MT Ass-Man Mandarin program, you will be prepared and trained both in the classroom and in the workplace, providing opportunities to assume strategic positions. There will be various classroom training sessions, field observations, and other unique training activities in accordance with the company's culture.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
- Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in communication
- Fluent in Mandarin: speaking (primary), writing/typing/reading
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and the internet
- Dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, independent, target and result-oriented
- Honest, loyal, highly dedicated, with a good personality and strong leadership skills
- Willing to travel for business purposes
- Willing to be placed in any of our branches across Indonesia.
