Job desc 工作职责:

1. Verifying daily financing, such as reimbursements and submission forms for payment (invoices)，Optimize financial reimbursement standards；

审批日常费用报销及付款申请单，优化财务报销标准；

2. Checking and standardizing monthly accounting affairs solutions/handlings，Issue financial statements；

审核并规范月度账务处理，出具财务报表；

3. Integrating with central work needs and promptly providing advice and responses related to finance issues，Provide professional financial support；

结合业务中心需要及时准确给出财务反馈及建议，提供专业财务支持；

4. Analyzing expense costs，make suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement

对费用成本进行分析，提出降本增效建议；

Job Qualification 任职资格:

1. Aged 26-35 years old.

26-35岁

2. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics.

学财务管理专业/会计专业/管理学专业/经济专业

3. 3-5 years of Import and export trading company financial work experience.

拥有3至5年的进出口贸易公司财务工作经验

4. Skills in gathering complete and accurate information, good communication abilities, analytical skills, ability to control and motivate a team.

信息搜集，沟通能力，分析能力，掌控能力，激励团队

5. Understand international accounting standards.

了解国际会计准则

6. Ability to communicate in English, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus point.
