- Bertanggung jawab atas perumusan, modifikasi dan inovasi sistem manajemen perusahaan yang relevan.
- Membantu penasihat hukum perusahaan dalam menyusun dokumen.
- Meninjau bisnis internal dan eksternal perusahaan dan kontrak terkait pengadaan.
- Berkordinasi dengan kantor pusat di China
- Pekerjaan lain yang diatur oleh pimpinan.
Requirements
- Sarjana Hukum atau lebih tinggi;
- Memiliki sertifikat advokat;
- Mampu berbahasa Mandarin secara lisan dan tulisan.
- Lebih disukai apabila memiliki pengalaman sebagai legal di perusahaan tambang
