Responsibilities
- Based on business objectives and Indonesia factory human resources planning, responsible for management of factory recruitment and allocation, talent development, performance management, C&B, employee relations, and other HR related work;
- HR local team establishment and management;
- Spread and train the corporate culture, enhance the employee's sense of identity with the company;
- Maintain good relationship with local labor relations management departments, law firms, consulting agencies, internal and external labor unions, etc.;
- Assist general manager in promotion of daily business management through efficient implementation of decisions in meetings and feedback tracking;
- Help to connect with HQ HR center, execute and localized Group HR strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, human resource management or related major;
- Proficient in Chinese, fluent in English;
- With more than 3 years of human resources work experience, familiar with 6 human resources modules; Having factory human resources experience is preferred;
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, able to deal with labor disputes;
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organization and coordination ability and problem solving ability, able to work under pressure.
- Have experience in team leading and management
