Responsibilities
1、协助合伙人推进基金法务工作；
2、为基金投融资等项目或重大经济活动制订法律风险解决方案，处理公司投资、融资、并购重组等法律事务工作；
3、负责法律文件中重要交易条款的起草、审核、修订与管理，以及对外沟通；
4、完善相关规章制度和规范，协助风控体系等、合规体系、法律事务管理体的构建与执行。
Requirements
1、国内外知名大学的法律学位；
2、具有5年以上法务工作经验；
3、具有优秀的沟通和谈判能力，人品端正，工作态度踏实、积极，有高度的责任感和敬业精神。
