Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Coordinator located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- The E-commerce Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's e-commerce operations.
- This includes inventory management, order processing, customer service, and sales support.
- The E-commerce Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the company's online presence and drive sales.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support
- Experience in e-commerce operations and familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
