Responsibilities
- Identify and seek out new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored ERP solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on how they can leverage ERP to optimize their business processes.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (implementation, support, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- An Enthusiastic, Firm, Cheerful, and Energetic Person
- Have Recent Experience in Selling IT Services through Direct Client Relationships
- Being Familiar with SAP or other Enterprise Business Application Products is a Must
- Having a Track Record of Success in Meeting and Exceeding Sales Goals
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Articulation, and Relation Building Skills
- Business English proficiency for office use
