Responsibilities

As a Senior Course Consultant (Tele Sales) at PalFish, based in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading our Tele sales team, developing strategies, and building relationships with potential customers via phone and online channels. Your mission is to drive the company's growth by increasing enrollments and helping individuals in the whole country access our high-quality English language classes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement Tele sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets in the Jakarta market.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Tele sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals via phone and online channels.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Indonesia through Tele sales.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the Jakarta market.
  5. Performance Analysis: Regularly assess Tele sales performance and provide insights to improve sales processes and strategies in the Jakarta market.
  6. Sales Training: Provide training and support to Tele sales representatives to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our products effectively in Indonesia.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the Tele sales budget for the Indonesia market and allocate resources efficiently.
  8. Report Generation: Prepare and present regular Tele sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Proven experience as a Tele Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills for Tele sales.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the online education industry.
  6. Experience with CRM software and sales analysis tools.
  7. A results-driven mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding Tele sales targets.
