Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on people development and culture development.
  • Partner with senior leadership (BOD) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, promoting knowledge sharing and skills enhancement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions to address them.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and inform HR strategy development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in HR management roles, with a focus on people development and culture development
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Technology industry or IT Consulting sector is preferred.
  • Having an Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Leadership, and Problem Solving Skills.
