Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming & outgoing call
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing document, packages & others
- Welcoming and greeting company guests
- Assist administrative operational needs
- Responsible for daily secretarial job
- Meeting rooms arrangement
- Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduate or no experience candidate are welcome to apply
- Good command in English, able to speak basic mandarin (preferable)
