Responsibilities
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee the signing of employment contracts and ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation for all current and future hires.
- Handle the processing of employee visas, work permits, and related documentation required for expatriates and other foreign workers.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal legal team to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Provide advice and guidance on visa matters to ensure all employees are legally compliant with local and international standards.
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager, procurement manager, or other managerial role.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
