Responsibilities
- Handle promotor (SPG/SPM)
- Memberikan arahan, motivasi kepada promotor dalam mencari, melayani konsumen
- Memonitoring penjualan dan pembayaran dari tim promotor
- Mampu melakukan perencanaan terhadap target penjualan
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer
- Mampu mengembangkan penjualan dengan menambah customer baru/toko baru.
- Dapat bekerja team
- Memiliki leadership yang kuat
- Berkomunikasi baik dengan Manager Sales dan atau pimpinan
- Area kerja Jawa Barat
Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan S1
- Usia 25 – 35 tahun
- Minimal pengalaman sebagai Sales SPV 2 tahun DIBIDANG KITCHEN APPLIANCES
- Dapat mengoperasikan MS. Office
- Good working attitude, serious and active
- Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan baik
- Dapat berbahasa Mandari nilai tambah.
