Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Designs and implements effective sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales volume
- Achieve monthly account receivable (AR) target
- Achieve company PBT (Profit before Tax) target
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities (consultant, contractor and dealer)
- Maintain relationships with others department and stake holders
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Good at Ms Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Good in English, both oral and written and able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
