Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other department to develop and implement strategies for reaching target audiences that aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and engage with social media channels, responding to comments and messages as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
