Responsibilities
- Manage the projects from start to completion, including resources (both material & labor).
- Control all material/inventory and ensure all materials/sub contractor cost are within the budget.
- Carrying out every task coordinated by the Superior/Head Department. Preparing and analyzing BOQ/RAB.
- Formulating strategy and material analysis therefore it can be properly poured into Shop Drawings.
- Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing project-based data and project-related problems (including mechanical / electrical contracting work).
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Business level English (speak mandarin is a plus).
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Toll road and construction company preferably with some exposure to road/highway or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Good Problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Understand equipment and K3.
- Willing to work in Sadang, Purwakarta.
- Willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
