Responsibilities
1. Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions
2. Maintain full set of accounts for a group of companies
3. Ensure timely accurate month and financial year closing
4. Supervise and provide guidance to Finance team on all accounting related matters
5. Producing financial reports and explain the variances
6. Budgeting and forecasting for the business
7. Handle tax matters which would include the quarterly GST filing as well as corporate tax
8. Liaising with corporate secretary, tax agents and auditors
9. Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
10. Assist in any other works as may be assigned
Requirements
1. Have 10+ years of experience in Finance
2. Have a good English language ability skills
3. Have experienced in F&B / Retail industry previously.
4. Currently working as a Finance / Accounting Manager.
5. Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
6. Audit background would be a plus.
7. Have an analytical mind
8. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
9. Commercial and business acumen
10. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
11. Ability to stick to time constraints
