Responsibilities
- Handle operational requests from the customer in an efficient and timely manner
- Track KPIs to ensure SLA is met and customer satisfaction is high
- Provide guidance in critical customer planning and engagement
- Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner’s marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan
- Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Process and prepare invoices and matters related to collections.
- Handle and prepare payments in compliance with respective countries standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum experience 3 years in Banking Solution Business-to-Business sales (business development/consultancy/messaging technology/telecom services)
- Fluent in English, (written and spoken), any other language is a strong asset
- Possesses analytical mindset and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and customer service expertise
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work experience in leading a team, excellent communication and relationship building skills, proactivity, persuasive power, strategic and innovative thinking, customer and service-oriented
- Understanding of China's culture and Chinese business practices
- Coordinate work of technical support teams to provide with the appropriate services needed
