Responsibilities
- Responsible for the acceptance, inventory, registration, distribution, filing and management of all documents of the project.
- Collect and organize all technical changes, negotiation records, meeting minutes and other materials during the construction process and file them.
- Responsible for filling in, countersigning, organizing, submitting and archiving project filing materials.
- Supervise and inspect the preparation and management of the construction data of the construction unit, so that the preparation of the data is complete and timely, and in accordance with the progress of the project.
- Guide engineering and technical personnel to properly keep construction technical data.
- Responsible for file management of various contracts of the project
- Be translator for the head of project.
Requirements
- Construction/Civil Engineering related majors, college degree or above.
- Hard working, those with relevant work experience are preferred.
- Those with relevant certificates are preferred.
- Willing be located at project site Alam Sutra.
- Willing working for six (6) days.
- Fluent in MANDARIN IS A MUST
