Responsibilities
- 1. Responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the company;
- 2. Build a talent map and establish a talent pool for company recruitment resources;
- 3. Expand recruitment channels and develop new resources;
- 4. Arrange interview invitations and keep in touch with candidates
- 5. Build a strong OS source and management
- 6. Employee entry and exit management
- 7. Deep understanding of live streaming, e-commerce, brand building
- 8. Assist the others from HR Director arranged
Requirements
- 1. Minimum 1 years of head hunting experience
- 2. At least Bachelor's degree
- 3. Mandarin speaking is better, English is the must
