Responsibilities
1、负责组织实施物业项目各物业管理阶段的各项经营管理工作，制定所管辖项目的物业管理方案并组织实施，确保服务品质与经营管理指标的达成。
2、全面负责并主持部门的日常工作，定期向上级领导汇报工作情况；
3、掌握项目财务状况，控制预算成本，合理安排各项费用支出；
4、对业主投诉的处理结果进行跟进，对各部门各项工作进行检查跟进；
5、完成公司物业费日常收取及清欠任务，对物业服务中心的各项收费工作结果进行跟进并对结果负责；建立健全服务运作体系，不断提高服务质量及业主满意度；
6、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
Requirements
1、物业管理或管理类专业大专或以上学历，3年以上高端物业住宅小区管理经验，熟悉物业前期介入、销售配合、常规管理流程、物业行业政策；
2、具较强的经营管理能力，能独立完成物业管理实施；
3、对服务品质保障、社区经营、社区文化活动组织策划等工作具丰富的实践管理经验；
4、基本掌握中文听说读写，日常可覆盖工作沟通。
