Responsibilities
- Selling new truck units
- Supervising and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with upper management to develop sales strategies, goals, and action plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the truck sales industry and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in all majors
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Selling Automotive Products, especially Trucks
- Having Experience and Understanding of Markets and Demographics in Related Areas (Jakarta)
- Having Leadership Skills with Knowledge and Experience in engaging in all Sales Activities
- Having Good Communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
