Responsibilities
- Complete daily OA review, posting and reconciliation of account and other daily accounting processing work.
- Complete monthly VAT and withholding tax declaration, assistantce with tax audits and tax report.
- Finish month-end and year-end close process, and preparation of financial statement.
- Communicate issues with financial manager to improve financial procedures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
- Responsible to review and calculate the tax, monthly tax report and annual tax compliance purposes.
- Responsible for tax administration (issue VAT invoice/faktur pajak, WHT Slip, ETC).
- Research new tax regulation, responsible for tax reconciliation, assisting during tax dispute or tax refund process, support request for data related to tax audit. responsible to filing tax documents neatly (invoice, tax invoice, tax report & bukti potong).
Requirements
- Min 2 years exp in tax preferably in consulting film or audit.
- Have good knowledge of tax regulation, experience in WHT, VAT and CLT rectum.
- Have certificate of brevet A&B.
- Proven experience as an accounting supervisor or senior accountant.
- Have basic accounting knowledge and familiar with Indonesian tax and accounting standard.
