Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising all aspects of Operations & Warehouse.
- Create and determine sales targets, KPIs, work schedules, regulations, and procedures following company regulations.
- Analyze, control & monitor operational costs.
- Create an operational budget.
- Design strategies for smoothness, and evaluate the ordering process while looking for ways to improve and increase the quality of purchased products and on-time delivery
- Leading the Teams in the Operations & Warehouse area to be effective & efficient
- Execute and improve SOP from Operations & warehouse
- Make weekly & monthly reports about operational progress & targets
- Achieve targeted KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Min. 3 years of Working Experience in the Same Position as Manager Operational & Warehouse, More Preferable to Have Experience in Shopping Center, Retail Warehouse, and or as Manager Event
- Have Experience Working in Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) and Handling Bonded Warehouse from Customs
- Have Experience Coordinating with Government Agencies Related to Licensing Processing
- Good Understanding of Import Process, Warehousing, and Inventory
- Have Good Administration and Negotiation Skills
- Have Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with Business English proficiency for office use, Mandarin will be an Advantage
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office
